How do Patients Enroll
Sutter patients 18 years or older can enroll in My Health Online.
Patients 12-17 years old can enroll with a guardian’s permission. Learn more about teen enrollment.
Patients can enroll online, by phone (866-978-8837 M-F 7am-7pm PST), by mail, or even at a doctor’s office.
- If a patient started enrollment during at appointment, they can complete the process with an Access Code.
